Botleys Mansion 
Set within 56 acres of rolling parkland in Surrey, Botleys Mansion is a grand Palladian country house that exudes grandeur and luxury at every turn. With its striking façade, opulent interiors, and capacity for up to 288 daytime guests and 500 in the evening, Botleys Mansion is the perfect setting for an unforgettable wedding. 
 
Notley Abbey 
Rich in history and nestled along the banks of the River Thame in Buckinghamshire, Notley Abbey has been captivating couples for centuries with its honey-hued façade and serene surroundings. This riverside hideaway, once home to Laurence Olivier and Vivien Leigh, offers couples a truly enchanting setting for their special day. With space for up to 164 guests during the day and 250 for evening festivities, Notley Abbey promises an intimate yet unforgettable celebration amidst fragrant lavender gardens and timeless elegance. 
  
Cain Manor 
Perched atop a Hampshire hill and enveloped by lush woodlands, Cain Manor exudes rustic charm. This romantic Tudor barn provides couples with a secluded countryside escape, perfect for intimate gatherings and personalised celebrations. With a capacity for up to 123 guests during the day and 200 for evening receptions, Cain Manor is an idyllic setting for couples seeking a truly bespoke wedding experience. 
  
Comprehensive Wedding Planning 

The Harper Weddings team offer a seamless all-encompassing wedding planning service, ensuring every detail is meticulously taken care of. From the first time a couple visits the venue to the big day itself, the experienced team is dedicated to bringing each couple’s vision to life. Services include: 

• Personalised Planning Support: Couples are matched with an experienced planner to guide them through every stage of the process – from selecting vendors to designing floorplans and managing timelines.  

• Harper Tasting Experience: Ahead of the big day, couples are invited to an exclusive tasting, where they can sample a curated selection of starters, mains, and desserts. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with wines chosen by the in-house sommelier, ensuring every detail of the menu is just right. One of the most popular wines is Love by Léoube, Château Léoube, a Provence rosé with delicate flavours of wild strawberries, peach, and a dry, elegant finish. 

• Online Planning Tools: A 24/7 digital planning portal provides access to all wedding details, making it easy for couples to stay organised. 

Culinary excellence   
A truly memorable wedding is often marked by exceptional cuisine. Harper Weddings takes pride in crafting imaginative, beautifully presented menus that delight both the palate and the eye. The extensive menu has been curated with great care in sourcing the very best ingredients from around the British Isles to create show-stopping dishes.

A few favourites include a delicious Ham Hock Terrine starter with toasted sourdough, piccalilli, and a shallot & parsley salad. For the main, rich flavours of Coffee-Rubbed Short Rib of Beef, served with stuffed savoy cabbage, creamed potato, and a red wine jus. To finish, a decadent warm chocolate brownie, paired with vanilla ice cream and roasted white chocolate is always popular. From elegant canapés during the drinks reception to a sumptuous three-course wedding breakfast, every dish is prepared with care and precision.  

…and new for 2025 is Harper Weddings partnership with Sir Woofchester, to offer a 3 course for four-legged guests. With more couples including their pets in their celebrations, it’s only right they get to enjoy the festivities too!

Every Harper Weddings venue is available for exclusive hire, ensuring complete privacy for the couple and their guests. Luxurious accommodation includes a complimentary suite for the newlyweds and elegant rooms for friends and family, allowing everyone to relax and celebrate without the need to travel.
